from origami I have moved to Hoberman spheres, another type of structure that can 'breath' or expand and extract. now that I have noticed a few things about it.
-they work of a lever motion, or a small motion can trigger a larger motion and not necessarily require more force.
-there is a position that muscle wire could be hinged or used to lever the expansion motion.
